Usual wait time on custom orders is 4 weeks +shipping for tack (sometimes 2 weeks on "best sellers") and 6 or 12 weeks on saddles.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality saddles and tack. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal financial circumstances. Please choose carefully and feel free to ask questions prior to purchase.

• 7-Day Faulty Goods Return Window:
  If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• Assessment Process:
  All returns must be approved in writing. Proof of the fault (e.g., clear photographs and written explanation) is required. The item may need to be returned for inspection.

• Use = Acceptance:
  Items that show signs of use (e.g., buckle marks, wear, creasing) are considered accepted and will not be eligible for return unless a genuine fault is present.

• Shipping:
  Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend tracked and insured postage.

This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
